Return and Exchange Policy

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

At The Velvet Casket, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that lead to the desire for a return. However, please be informed that we have a strict no-return policy. As we are not accepting returns, our products are completely non-refundable.

The Velvet Casket is our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. At The Velvet Casket, we have 24 hours exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange items purchased from velvetcasketjewellery.com if in case you have received the wrong item or the product gets damaged in transit.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE:

  1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging.
  2. Product must be unused.
  3. Products must be in undamaged condition.
  4. An uninterrupted unboxing video should be shared with us with the delivery slip in focus.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check. The replacement will be done within 7-8 business days after receiving the parcel in the warehouse.

Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned or exchanged.

Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

 

TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT TO THE VELVET CASKET, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  • Exchange is done only if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) is delivered.
  • Customer would have to share an uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel at thevelvetcasket@gmail.com
  • For any exchange of a product, a nominal charge of Rs. 150/- per product for the exchange order shipping will be charged or the price calculated at the time of shipping, whichever is higher will be applicable for exchange shipment charges. This amount will be charged prior to processing the exchange.
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick-up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed.

NOTE : WE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
